Maithry Onam 2010 on Sep. 4 2010

Maithry celebrates Onam 2010 on Saturday, September 4th starting at 11 AM.  We will be assembling at the W building at King's Academy, 562 North Britton Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94085.

The event will include a scrumptuous Onam feast, Onam games, a fantastic and innovative cultural program and the very popular "Maithry Social Hour!" Stay tuned for more details and watch out for the evite for the event.

Evite for this event has been sent to all Maithry members. Please make sure to respond to it right away as the evite closes on August 15, 2010. If you have not received it, please email contact@maithry.org ASAP 

Fees: To cover the expenses, Onam committee has decided to collect $20 per person for everyone 10 years and older. Kids under 10 years attend free. 

As an early bird special to Maithry members and their parents, if you pay before August 21st  these charges are $12 only.

Do not forget to include your email-id to which you received the evite if you are sending a check.

Your guests (other than parents) will be charged at regular rates ($20). No early bird specials on guest charges.

Remember, this low rate for members is valid only till August 21st. The committee must have received your payments by August 21st. Mail checks well in advance to avoid postal delays. After August 21st, regular charges are applicable – Absolutely No Exceptions!

The committee decided on this rule since we need to get a more accurate real count of the attendees and also have to pay for the food caterer in advance.
